(hereinafter, JOLCA or the Entity) makes this Privacy Policy available to users of the website  www.jolca.es (hereinafter, also the Website), in order to provide information on how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy and information. This Privacy Policy applies to both the website www.jolca.es and the user’s interactions with JOLCA through that website. JOLCA may modify this Privacy Policy when necessary. In the event modifications are made, you will be notified via the website or by other means in order that you may be aware of the new Privacy conditions. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Personal data provided by users of this website and/or by users of any of JOLCA’s websites will be processed by JOLCA for the following purposes, depending on both the type of data provided by the user and the interactions that the user establishes with JOLCA via the website:

Contact and management of website users The personal data of users who contact JOLCA through any of the contact channels made available on the websites managed by JOLCA will be processed for the purpose of managing said contact, dealing with requests received through them and providing the services required, as the case may be, and providing consumer services, as indicated in point 4 of this clause.
  2. Consumer, Customer or Supplier Service: JOLCA places at the disposition of the users the email address cliente@jolca.es for the handling of Consumer, Customer or Supplier Services. In this regard, the personal data collected through the website jolca.es or the email address cliente@jolca.es will be treated by JOLCA for the purposes of processing consultations that are made about our products as well as for handling any incidents and/or complaints that may arise.

Promotions: Personal user data collected through user registration as a participant in any promotions (e.g. competitions, raffles, etc.) made available by JOLCA on its website will be processed for the purpose of managing the development of the promotion in question, notifying the winner(s) of the promotion, awarding the corresponding prize to the winner(s) and overseeing compliance by JOLCA with any legal and tax obligations applicable to the Entity in its capacity as the organiser of the promotion in question. Commercial, promotional or advertising notifications relating to JOLCA’s own products and services: Users’ personal data may be processed by JOLCA for the purpose of sending advertising and promotional information or information that may be of interest to the user by post, e-mail, SMS and other electronic means of communication, exclusively in the event that the user has consented to such data processing by expressly ticking the corresponding commercial, promotional or advertising communications box. What data is processed by JOLCA and what are the sources of this data?

The data that JOLCA processes as a result of the interactions made by the user through our website originates from the following sources:

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data by JOLCA?

Data collected by JOLCA for the purposes of “Consumer, Customer or Supplier Service” may be communicated by JOLCA to legal advisors in order to respond to and resolve any queries or complaints. In such cases communication of data will be made in compliance with legal obligations applicable to JOLCA.

Data collected by JOLCA for the purpose of “Promotions” may be communicated by JOLCA to:

Notaries public, for the carrying out of raffle draws before notary public.

How long to we store you data?

JOLCA informs users that, when personal data is collected via a form made available through our website, the user will be required to complete, at least, those fields marked with an asterisk (*). Likewise, JOLCA informs users who wish to participate in a Promotion made available by JOLCA through any of its websites that, in such cases, the personal data requested in each case must be provided by the user in accordance with the promotional mechanism in question and the provisions of the Legal Basis regulating the promotion in question. By writing to JOLCA S.A. at the e-mail address jolca@jolca.es>. In both cases the identity of the person exercising their rights must be accredited by including of a copy of both sides of the corresponding DNI, NIE, passport or equivalent document. JOLCA will provide the requested information within a maximum of one month from receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by a further two months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of applications. JOLCA informs you that you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority. However, initially you may register you complaint with the Customer Services Department, where the complaint will be resolved in the shortest time possible.
