Scope

With a focus on offering the consumer premium quality products, Jolca acquires its raw materials directly from the farmer, implementing all the subsequent processes (cooking, sorting, pitting, stuffing and packaging) until a finished product can be offered to the consumer with all the necessary guarantees.

Located close to Seville, where olive groves have been cultivated for centuries, Jolca’s production centres have always been sited close to table olive groves in an effort to ensure maximum quality.

Our gastronomic jewel is now present on tables throughout the world and in thousands of homes thanks to an internationalisation process to which we have committed ourselves over recent decades.

Today, consumers in more than 30 countries enjoy the recipes and flavours of Jolca Master Olive Makers.

Our table olive is not only a gastronomic benchmark in our country but also in many other markets, and our desire and objective is to expand these markets until such time as Spanish table olives become the healthy snack of choice the world over.
