Because we are also producers, we have always supported the advancement and maintenance of Mediterranean culture by offering an ancestral foodstuff such as the Spanish table olive.
We take the utmost care of our crop and accompany our farmers throughout the olive ripening cycle.
In Jolca, for the most part we continue to employ the hand picking method for our olives, thereby avoiding mechanisation and damage to the fruit. Likewise, in the preparation of our products we continue to use the most traditional and artisan method for the Sevillian table olive, and our principal dressing, water and salt, is the most natural and respectful of both the product and the environment.
